Membership fees are due on February 20th. of each year - there is no period of grace, you are either a financial member with full rights or you are not a member at all.
 
Membership rates per person are as under:-
 
 
Full Membership $20.00 Per annum February 20th. - February 19th.
  $10.00 Pro rata to February 19th.
Affiliate Membership $10.00 Per annum February 20th. - February 19th.
  $ 5.00 Pro rata to February 19th.

As a member of QPPHA you will be encouraged to come to our meetings and participate in our brain-storming.

You will receive a membership card and receipt for any monies paid to QPPHA.

++ DO NOT make cheques payable to the treasurer - this creates a delay in getting your monies receipted - all cheques/money orders must be made payable to QPPHA.

Payable per mail and/or at meetings.
++ If a receipt is not automatically generated then you should DEMAND same from the treasurer - this goes without saying.
 
Please note that all monies must be receipted by the treasurer and it is your right to request same.   If for some reason you do not receive a receipt you are requested to ask for it.
 
Membership card:   If a photo is held on file a membership card will be issued with your photo identification on for verification purposes. 
 
Please bear in mind that the officers of QPPHA give their time voluntarily therefore it would be appreciated if you make things as simple and straight forward as possible.
